Each pair accommodates two shutters. Shutter tie-backs, or "dogs", are attached to the home exterior or window frame behind the shutter. Tie-backs hold shutters in the open position, and they hold much aesthetic value. The Scroll Tie-Back adds traditional detail and compliments the shutter in operable installations. It is also recommended for decorative installations.
